Constable Deputies Apprehend Theft Suspect in Spring

SPRING, TEXAS (January 4, 2024) – In a swift response to a theft report, deputies from Constable Ryan Gable’s office apprehended a suspect in the Spring area. The incident occurred in the 2900 block of Riley Fuzzel Road, following a theft call from the local Wal-Mart.

Upon arrival at the scene, deputies were provided with detailed information about the suspect, which led to a quick pursuit. The suspect, identified as 46-year-old Gregory F. Valdillez of Houston, was found after he fled into a nearby neighborhood.

Valdillez was arrested on charges of theft and evading arrest. He was subsequently transported to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office. Following the due process, Valdillez was released from custody.
