Houston Driver Facing Felony Evading Charges After 18-Wheeler Standoff
HOUSTON – Trinidad Cutshall, born on January 25, 1981, will face charges of Felony Evading following a low-speed pursuit involving an 18-wheeler on the East Freeway. The incident occurred in the 15900 block, just east of Sheldon.
Cutshall is currently receiving treatment for facial lacerations sustained during the incident. It was reported that no cargo was found in the trailer of the 18-wheeler.
During the pursuit, K9 Timon accompanied Deputy Marshall and is confirmed to be unharmed.
The pursuit initially began when @HCSOTexas units engaged in a low-speed chase of the 18-wheeler, which was refusing to stop on the eastbound/outbound mainlanes of the East Freeway. The situation escalated when the driver parked on the mainlanes and refused to exit the vehicle.
