Constable Deputy Apprehends Woman for Child Endangerment in Harris County

HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS – Deputy Valdez, under the supervision of Constable Mark Herman of Harris County Constable Precinct 4, has successfully taken an adult female into custody. The arrest followed a welfare check conducted in the 24000 block of Elmira Street.

The woman was charged with child endangerment after it was discovered that she had left her three small children unattended for several hours without access to water or food. Child Protective Services (CPS) has been notified and briefed on the details of the case.
