Harris County Sheriff’s Office Seeks Public’s Help in 2016 Quadruple Homicide Case; Press Conference Announced
HOUSTON, TX – October 25, 2023 – Investigators from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Homicide Division have announced a press conference and media availability to solicit the public’s assistance in gathering information related to the 2016 deaths of Christopher Chaney, Nicholette Briscoe, Willie Norman, and Kelcii Flintroy.
On December 9, 2016, Harris County Sheriff’s Deputies and the Channelview Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire in the 15300 block of Market St., Channelview, Texas. Upon arrival, authorities discovered the bodies of two males and two females in the vehicle, all with apparent gunshot wounds.
The identity of the suspect or suspects involved remains unknown, and the case continues to be open pending new leads. Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the charging and/or arrest of the suspect(s) involved in this case.
