Air Canada Confirms Termination of Pilot Over Unacceptable Posts

(TORONTO, CANADA) Oct. 12, 2023 – Air Canada has confirmed that the pilot involved in making unacceptable social media posts is no longer employed by the airline. The pilot was initially taken out of service on Monday, Oct. 9, following the discovery of the posts. The airline stated that it is taking the matter very seriously and unequivocally denounces violence in all its forms.
