DC Police Seek Three Men in Connection with Armed Carjacking of U.S. Rep. Henry Cuellar

WASHINGTON, D.C., Oct. 2, 2023 – D.C. police are actively searching for three men following the armed carjacking of U.S. Representative Henry Cuellar. The incident took place at the intersection of K Street and New Jersey Avenue SE.

The vehicle taken is a white Honda CHR with Texas license plates RYL2900. Authorities have issued a lookout for three Black males who were wearing all-black clothing at the time of the carjacking.

The public is strongly advised not to engage with the suspects but to call 911 immediately if they spot the stolen vehicle. The event number for this incident is I20230559112. The alert was sent to the 1st District (PSA 101-108) by MPD Cad #13002.
