Early Morning Response to 18-Wheeler Fire and Firefighters Return Home

In the early hours of the morning, at 4 am, Engine 75 swiftly responded to a significant 18-wheeler fire on the freeway. Recognizing the severity of the situation, Engine 71 and Huntsville Firefighters promptly joined forces to provide vital assistance in managing the incident.

Additionally, today marked a special occasion as two of our dedicated deployed Firefighters returned home after their service. Meanwhile, two more firefighters prepared for their tenth consecutive day working on the Track Engine. This week, their mission has revolved around the Collier 2 fire, and their primary responsibility involves mopping up operations along Peach Creek—a task that conventional apparatus cannot easily accomplish.
