CLEAR ALERT Issued for Missing Individual in Imminent Danger
HOUSTON, TEXAS – September 11, 2023 – The Texas Department of Public Safety has issued a CLEAR ALERT, indicating a situation of extreme urgency involving an individual who is in imminent danger or has involuntarily disappeared. The missing individual is identified as Alexander Clark, a 30-year-old Black male. Mr. Clark was last seen on September 8, 2023, at 08:10 AM in the 1100 block of Pressler St, Houston, TX. He stands at 6 feet tall, weighs 200 pounds, has brown eyes, and black hair. During his disappearance, he was dressed in a white t-shirt and gray sweatpants. Notably, Mr. Clark has distinctive tattoos reading “Craig” on his left forearm and “Debra” on his right forearm.
