Sgt. Brawner of HCSO Heroically Rescues Dog from Burning Home
15500 BLOCK OF W LITTLE YORK, Texas, Sept. 11, 2023 – Before any emergency calls were dispatched, Sgt. Brawner of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) acted swiftly upon observing smoke and a fire in the backyard of a home in the 15500 block of W Little York.
Sgt. Brawner promptly entered the home to ensure no residents were inside and managed to rescue a dog from the burning unit. Following his intervention, the Cy-Fair Fire Department arrived at the scene to control and eventually extinguish the fire.
