Investigation Underway Following Residential Fires on Early Mist Ct

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas, September 11, 2023 – The Harris County Fire Marshal’s Office (HCFMO) is currently on the scene at the 11500 block of Early Mist Ct, collaborating with the Cypress Creek Fire Department and Harris County Emergency Services District (ESD) 13 following a series of residential fires.

Fortunately, all the residents managed to exit the homes safely. Firefighters additionally rescued five canines from the premises. As of now, there are no reports of any injuries.

Several emergency services units were on scene to assist, including Harris County ESD 17 Little York Fire, Cy-Fair Fire Department, Champions Emergency Services District Harris County ESD 16 – Klein Fire Department, Northwest Volunteer Fire Department, Jersey Village Fire Department Ponderosa Fire Department Ponderosa Fire, Houston Fire Department, ESD 11, and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.

The cause and origin of the fires remain under investigation. Further details will be provided as investigators work to determine the circumstances surrounding this incident.
