Three-Vehicle Crash Involving Off-Duty Sheriff Deputy Under Investigation

HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS, Sept. 6, 2023 – Last night, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a vehicular accident at the 2600 block of FM 1960 Road. The incident involved an off-duty Sheriff Deputy en route to work, another driver and a passenger. All involved parties were transported to a local hospital for medical evaluation and have since been released. The crash is still under investigation by Precinct 4 Accident Investigators.
