“Sticky Note Bandit” Identified and Arrested, Faces State Charges for Multiple Robberies

HOUSTON, Texas, Sept. 1, 2023 — Gaibreal Tariq Bell, known as the “Sticky Note Bandit,” has been identified and arrested through a collaborative effort by the FBI, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Violent Crime Unit, and the Houston Police Department. Bell now faces state charges for allegedly committing four robberies over a two-week period in July 2023.
