Manuel Revuelta Arrested in Liberty County; Stolen Glock 19, THC Vape Cartridges, and Marijuana Found in Vehicle

LIBERTY COUNTY, TX, August 10, 2023 – A deputy with the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Interdiction Unit initiated a traffic stop on a white passenger vehicle on CR-3549 in the Plum Grove area of Liberty County, Texas.

The deputy approached the vehicle and detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Manuel Revuelta, H/M, DOB: 09/24/2003. Revuelta exited the vehicle, and a probable cause search was made.

In a backpack located in the back seat, the deputy found a Glock 19, 9mm handgun, two boxes of THC Vape cartridges, and a plastic bag containing marijuana. The Houston Police Department subsequently advised that the pistol was reported stolen.

Revuelta was arrested and charged with Theft of a Firearm (State Jail Felony) and with Possession of a Controlled Substance (State Jail Felony). He was transported to the Liberty County Jail without incident.
