“Back to School Snow Cones for Kids” Kicks Off, Constable Mark Herman and Commissioner Tom Ramsey Team Up

HOUSTON, Texas, August 4, 2023 – As kids prepare to return to school, Constable Mark Herman and Commissioner Tom Ramsey have partnered with Sunny Daze to give out free back to school snow cones.

The event is being held today at 6817 Cypresswood Drive, behind the Barbara Bush Library, and the public is warmly invited to join in the festivities. Complimentary snow cones are available, courtesy of Constable Mark Herman and Commissioner Ramsey.

“This is an excellent way to cap off the summer and get kids excited about returning to school,” said Constable Herman. “We’re delighted to collaborate with Commissioner Ramsey and Sunny Daze for this event.”

The Back to School Snow Cones for Kids event will run from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., or while supplies last. In addition to the tasty treats, children can enjoy meeting their local law enforcement officials and community leaders in a fun, relaxed setting.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to bring their children for a cool, refreshing treat as they gear up for the new academic year.
