Brandy Bottone, the pregnant HOV lady, gives birth to her second passenger

Brandy Bottone, the Plano woman who claims the child inside her womb counted as a second passenger on a Texas HOV lane, has finally given birth to this second passenger.

Back in July 2022, she told a DPS State Trooper who pulled her over that the baby inside her tummy counted as a child, just after Roe vs. Wade was overturned. This did not give her out of the ticket but did spark a huge debate over HOV lane laws and how they apply to children inside the stomach.
