Nazly Ortiz: Cleaning lady who shot a man and two-year-old son in a road rage shooting has been arrested in Houston

Nazly Ortiz has been charged with aggravated assault after being caught on video firing on a man that had a two-year-old in the back.

According to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, Ortiz fired at a man during a road rage incident in north Harris County on I-45 and Parametta Lane, near Spring, TX.

One of the bullets grazed the driver, and he was transported to a local hospital.

The man, who was with Oritz, Benjamin Greene has been charged with assault.
