Wrecker Driver in Houston shoots man during possible road rage incident

A wrecker driver got into an altercation with another male in the 5700 Block of W Mount Houston early Monday morning.

Sheriff Ed Gonzalez posted in a tweet that the man allegedly brandished a gun before the wrecker driver displayed his. Both then exchanged gunfire.

The man was shot and taken to a local hospital. His condition remains unknown.

Pct 1 units responded to the 5700 blk of W Mount Houston in reference to a male with a gunshot wound. Upon arrival, they learned a wrecker driver and an adult male got into an altercation and the male allegedly brandished a gun. The wrecker driver also retrieved a gun & both 1/2
