The ‘Be Someone’ sign has changed once again
The ‘Be Someone’ sign on a train bridge over Houston’s I-45 which has gained somewhat of a cult following has changed once again. This time from ‘COVID-1984‘ to ‘Deep Down South’
While I can not tell you if there is an underlying meaning to ‘Deep Down South’ (besides the fact that Houston is actually in the souths, and deep down south is where I stay and I often switch four lanes…), I do welcome this over the ‘COVID-1984’ message any day of the week. That one will not be missed unlike the ‘Be Someone’ message that was put up years ago, which I think is safe to say most of Houston also misses.
