Is Soulja Boy responsible for the killing of Young Dolph?

Well, this did not age well. Last week, Soulja Boy sated he will put “100k on the head” and even offered 100k for “the address” as he was talking about his beef with Young Dolph, the rap artist who was shot and killed outside in Memphis on Wednesday.
