Who is Kyle Carruth of Lubbock, TX?
William “Kyle” Carruth is the spouse of Judge Ann-Marie Carruth of Lubbock, TX who has allegedly shot a man by the name of Chad Read, in front of his wife and 11-year-old child on November 5, 2021 and is allegedly not even denying it and is bragging about it while going to parties.
There are some allegations that Kyle’s wife is using her position to undermine the investigation and to help her husband. So slow in fact that the Lubbock Police Department just released a statement on Facebook today notifying the public that they have now transferred the case to the Texas Attorney General’s Office for review. In regular times, this would be a good thing, but considering how Ken Paxton runs things, we will probably not see justice for Chad Read for a while, if ever.
