When is Eric Smith being released?

Eric Smith, was convicted in 1994 at the age of 13 after he killed his neighbor, Derric Robie who was 4 years old. After he murdered Derrick, he beat him and sexually abused him after he died.

Eric Smith was then given the maximum sentence allowed for a juvenile. He was recently granted parole and will be released in November 2021.
