Suspect who shot 2 police offers had 18 arrests on his record
Two officers with the Houston Police Department were shot while serving a warrant at The
Life at Timber Ridge Apartment complex (5350 Aeropark Dr. Houston, TX 77032) early Monday morning. One of the Officers (William Jefferey) was killed, the other – Michael Vance was seriously wounded, but is in stable condition.
The suspect, 30 -year-old Deon Ledet, was being sought after skipping bond had a long history with the police, being arrested 18 times. Fortunately, He was killed at the scene.
