Typhoon Texas is being sued for 1MM dollars over an Umbrella

Yes, you heard that right, an Umbrella.

The plaintiff is asking for at least a million dollars after (according to the complaint) the “umbrella struck her face.”

To be fair, that does sound like it hit her pretty hard and she most likely has some crazy hospital/ambulance bill to back it up. In my personal opinion, Typhoon Texas needs to pay up and it does trouble me a settlement was not successful but I am hoping that was because of their insurance company and not the park themselves.
