An employee of the Chachos located 5350 North Fwy I45, Houston, TX 77022 in Northeast Houston posted a video of several cars, including hers with broken windows.
The sad part is, this area has a lot of police activity, yet it still took several hours for the police to show up and do their investigation, which of course did not result in arrests
