Uber blatantly ignored a sexual harassment complaint
Andie was informed by her neighbors that her Uber driver, Julio was recording or taking pictures of her (presumably backside) while he drove away.
This is the very definition of sexual harassment and Uber decided to give her a $3 credit, which does nothing to address the problem at hand. Like Andi stated, it is very likely this driver does this on a normal basis and the riders are none the wiser. Uber seriously needs to deal with this driver before something really bad happens to another rider.
As drivers, we are legitimately sorry this happened to you Andi.
Julio, the driver is shown below. It is a bit surprising though that Julio has a 4.99 rating. (Typically, the shady drivers featured here are below 4.9.)
