Lyft is Increasing Time rate by 23% for the Houston Rodeo

Lyft will be increasing the mileage rate for the Houston market by 23% temporarily, for the Houston Rodeo. This is likely due to the fact that the new surge/bonus structure does not entice drivers to wait in traffic. Remember, the official pickup and drop off is in the “Green lot.”
